After providing service as a cleaning lady, I was promoted to be the secretary for the hotel. I managed the liaison work for the hotel, the golf driving range, and booked various cottage stays.
Here I learned the MONERIS computer system, and improved my customer service skills. I quickly matured due to the responsibility of managing the hotel and its guests alone. Learning how far I should go to help a customer, and how to handle complaints was very valuable for me personally and professionally.
